The Cottage Annexe
is a modern addition to an Edwardian house standing in a secluded garden of nearly 2 acres at Cuthill, a mile and a half from the centre of Old Bosham. There are extensive views over Bosham Creek towards the church, and french windows open on to the paved patio with garden chairs and swimming pool.
Less than 5 miles from the beautiful cathedral city of Chichester, Bosham is famous as a sailing centre and for its winding lanes leading to the quaint harbour where King Canute made his valiant attempt to hold back the tide.
The views and ancient church are popular subjects for artists and the specialist shops make it an ideal place to hunt for souvenirs.
The house stands well back from the road with access to public footpaths. This makes it an ideal place for people with dogs, and pets are welcome.
